Local Data Sharing Agreements

This is the section where you will find the local data sharing agreements that the trust has made with other service providers eg other hospitals, GP services . It is really important that information is shared for the patient's benefit and it is also important that patients are aware that sharing is being done and with care.

As you will see, the staff who have to complete the agreements have think about what is being shared, how and why and how the data shared will be kept confidential
