Tripartite Formal Agreement

This tripartite formal agreement (TFA) confirms the commitments being made by Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, East of England Strategic Health Authority (SHA) and the Department of Health (DH) that will enable achievement of NHS Foundation Trust (FT) status before April 2014.
