Join us for your chance to find out more about your local hospital Trust
The 2007/08 annual public meeting of Mid Essex Hospitals will take place on Monday 8 September 2008.
The Trust runs Broomfield and St John’s Hospitals in Chelmsford. It also provides services at the William Julien Courtauld and St Michael’s Hospitals in Braintree, St Peter’s Hospital in Maldon and the Chelmsford and Essex Centre.
The meeting will provide the opportunity for local people to find out more about how the Hospital Trust has performed during the past year and to question the Trust Board about all aspects of hospital care and the organisation’s plans for the future.
Mike Malone-Lee, Trust chairman, said:” This is a very exciting time for the Hospital Trust as we move towards becoming a Foundation Trust, so the annual public meeting is the public’s chance to find out more about the organisation and how they can become involved. There will be presentations from members of the Trust Board, including a review of the 2007/08 financial year and a look ahead to what’s happening in the future. There will also be the chance to question members of the Trust Board. We hope as many people as possible will attend.”
The meeting will be held at 4.00pm on Monday 8th September in the Medical Academic Unit at Broomfield hospital.
