Mid Essex Hospitals is a top employer
Mid Essex Hospitals, who run Broomfield and St John’s hospitals in Chelmsford, has been named in the top 100 of the best healthcare employers in the UK.
The influential top 100 list, researched by MORI on behalf of the Health Services Journal and Nursing Times, is based on the results of an exclusive poll of employees.
Ruth May, chief executive of mid Essex Hospitals, said:” This is a great achievement and something that everyone at the Trust is very proud of. I am very pleased as this indicates that our staff are saying that they like working here and that we are making working life at the Trust ‘as meaningful and purposeful as possible.”
The awards were open to both public and private healthcare organisations.
