Broomfield Hospital throws open its doors to the public
Broomfield Hospital is throwing open its doors to the public on Saturday 5th September.
From 11.30am to 4.30pm people are invited to go along to the hospital to find out more about the range of services it provides and to take a look around the new Private Finance Initiative (PFI) hospital wing.
Philippa Lowe, interim chief executive of Mid Essex Hospitals, said:” As we are nearing the completion of our new PFI hospital wing we thought this was the ideal time to invite members of the public to come along and take a look for themselves at the progress we have made. As well as providing guided tours of the new hospital site, there will also be the chance to find out more about some of the services we run. It should be a very interesting day and it’s all free of charge.”
