Repairs to the roundabout on the hospital approach road at Broomfield
Due to the severe winter weather, substantial daily visitor traffic along the road and with three years of construction traffic transporting heavy machinery and materials to the new hospital site, the roundabout at the top of Hospital Approach is in urgent need of repair.
Repairs to the carriageway potholes will be carried out on the following days:
The maintenance work will begin around 07.30am in the morning on each day, and will continue until approx 13.00pm.
There will be slight delays, and workman will be operating the Stop / Go sign boards to keep these to a minimum.
Patients and visitors are advised to allow some extra time for their journey into the hospital on these days.
The Trust apologises in advance for any disruption that may be caused.
