Local children present artwork to Hospital as part of global hand washing day
Children from Chelmsford school held an art competition to mark global hand washing day on Friday 15 October. The driving theme for Global Hand washing Day is children and schools.
The children who all attend Widford Lodge prep school in Chelmsford produced the artwork to be displayed as part of infection control week which runs from 18-22 October. They will hand the artwork over to Katheryn Hobbs, infection prevention nurse at mid Essex hospitals, on Wednesday 20 October at 8.30am. The artwork will then be displayed at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford as part of infection control week.
Photographers and journalists are welcome to attend the presentation at the school at Widford Road, Chelmsford, Essex on Wednesday 20 October at 8.30am.
