Non Invasive Cardiology

Services include:

Full non-invasive service to cardiac and other directorates including:

• Echo

• ECG

• Exercise Tolerance Testing

• 24 hour tape

• 24 hour blood pressure monitoring

• 7 day event recording

• Tilt table tests

• Lung Function

• Sleep Studies

• Myocardial Perfusion Scanning

Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic

The Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic is a service for patients with new onset of chest pain. Patients are offered an appointment within 2 weeks of referral.

GP Referrals to the clinic should be faxed to  01245 516813 please.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Services include:

• Cardiac rehabilitation 6 week programme for post MI and post cardiac revascularisation

• Links with local cardiac support groups

• Education talks for patients with Coronary Heart Disease

• Supporting  patients pre & post cardiac intervention and surgery

• Providing support and education to patients admitted to hospital with Coronary Heart Disease and on their return to the community
