Breast Unit

The breast unit provides expanded services for breast care patients including facilities for screening, radiology and pathology services.  It houses the “one stop” breast clinic and a base for the team of breast care nurses.

This service is located on the ground floor of the hospital wing (Zone A).

The above are supported by a team of radiographers, and the Superintentant radiographer is Monica Dale.

We hold a support group, third Wednesday of the Month (except for December), 7.30pm - 8.30pm at Rochelle House, Lawn Lane, Chelmsford, Essex.

Any person who has or has had breast cancer can attend.
