Change/Cancel your appointment

It's your appointment...take care to be there.

If you can't come to an outpatient clinic appointment for any reason, you can Change/Cancel your appointment by:

If you can't come to a clinic (outpatient) appointment at Broomfield, St Peter's or Braintree Community hospital for any reason, please contact the Referral Booking Management System (RBMS) on 01245 513900.

It is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

If you are unable to attend your appointment and cannot cancel it by using either of the methods above, please email the appointments team at appointments@meht.nhs.uk

Every missed appointment costs the hospital £105.

For any queries about your appointment, or if you'd like to cancel or re-schedule, please contact the number on your appointment letter.

Alternatively, if you can't find the contact number, you can contact RBMS call centre by calling 01245 513900.
