Every year at Mid Essex Hospitals, thousands of people fail to keep their appointments. If we have no warning, we can't give the slot to someone else who really needs it.

 

This really matters to us. It is costly for the hospital and wastes staff time and resources. Most of all it impacts on the length of time others have to wait for their appointments.

 

If you can't come to an outpatient clinic appointment for any reason, you can:

If you can't come to a clinic (outpatient) appointment at Broomfield, St John's, St Peter's or St Michaels' for any reason please contact:

 

Referral Booking Management System (RBMS)

For any queries about appointments, please call the RBMS callcentre on 01245 513900. It is open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm and there is an answerphone for out of hours calls.
