Patient Experience

The views of our patients and their careers are extremely important to us as they help us to improve the services that we provide. We seek those views in a number of different ways:

  • Friends and Family Test
  • National Surveys
  • Quarterly Inpatient Reports
  • Patient Listening Events
  • Patient Council Ward Reports
  • Care Opinion and NHS Choices

 

The current priorities for the Trust to improve Patient Experience are:

  • Improve Communication
  • Provide Emotional Support for Patients
  • Promote Involvement of Family and Friends
  • Increase the Number of People being able to Give Feedback
