Human Resources Department

We are a team, which provides operational and strategic human resources support to all functions, both clinical and non-clinical, across the Trust.  We also include the Trust Education, Learning and Development Team and Chaplaincy Team.

We are based at Broomfield Hospital and include a team of HR Business Partners, an HR Service Centre (which also encompasses the recruitment section of the Department), and staff who provide HR support to medical staff employed by the Trust.

We work closely with managers and staff at all levels in the organisation to provide human resources advice and support to enable the smooth running of the Trust, and to help departments plan and develop the workforce required to deliver the highest levels of patient care.

We are happy to help both staff and prospective employees and can be found on the 1st Floor, Galbraith House, Broomfield Hospital, Court Road, CM1 7ET.
