Well-being can mean a variety of things to different staff groups. For some, it may be about simple changes to their work routine, for others it will be the provision of a yoga class or massages during the working day. Whatever it is, MEHT is listening and will respond to comments from staff on how to improve their working life.
Working at MEHT means that staff are valued and listened to.
