MSE Network Group
To coordinate and support all the responsive actions being taken by the organisation in relation to: Armed Forces (and their families), BAME (Black Asian Minority Ethnicity), Faith and Belief, Disability, LGBTQ (Lesbian Gay, Bisexual Transgender, Questioning Sexuality).
To provide a clear voice and assurance to the Senior Leadership Team that the organisation is upholding their commitment to meeting the Equality Delivery Standards.
Functions of the Network Groups
To build a comprehensive support system for the above minority staff as well as those who manage them.
To enable, empower and support those staff represented by the network groups who have aspirations of taking up senior positions within the organisation.
To give support, advice and guidance to managers, to enable them to support staff. It is crucial to carry on building and developing aspirations and personal goals so that staff feel that they have achieved their goals in a system that is transparent and fair.
