Looking for something to do this year that gets you up and out whilst raising funds for a good cause, look no further, from a sponsored stroll in the park to a 100mile cycle.

Get muddy for money and run, jump and slide your way to glory. 
Outrageous obstacles, mountains of mud, zinging zip wires, and the world's only 20ft deathslide into a lake! 

Raise money for a ward, or department of your choice.

Enter a team or as an individual. 

£45pp entry fee includes 5k race, water, finishers’ medal, free parking … and a hot shower

Includes bacon roll with tea & coffee on arrival, round of golf, carvery lunch and evening party in the clubhouse

Golf not your thing, come and join us at 19:30 for a party in the clubhouse
£10 per person 

All funds raised going towards Dementia Project.

London to Southend Cycle 

Come and join us on this classic ride: 52 miles through the quiet lanes and villages of south Essex. Starting in East London at the Lee Valley VeloPark, we're soon out of town and after stops along the way for lunch and tea, we reach the Finish in the pretty gardens of Priory Park, Southend where you can relax and enjoy refreshments, music and sports massage before making your way home.

Come and explore the grounds and gardens of Broomfield Hosptial. 

45-minute walking tour of 6 gardens.

£3 adult entry, kids go free, donations encouraged on the day to go towards the upkeep of the beautiful hospital grounds.
