It's your appointment...take care to be there 

Every year at Mid Essex Hospitals, thousands of people fail to keep their appointments. If we have no warning, we can't give the slot to someone else who really needs it. 

This really matters to us. It is costly for the hospital and wastes staff time and resources. Most of all it impacts on the length of time others have to wait for their appointments. 

If you can't come to an outpatient clinic appointment for any reason, you can: 

  • Use the online form below (See 'Change / Cancel your Appointment by Online Form' below).

 

  • Phone the clinic number on your appointment card. Please have your appointment letter or card to hand as you will be asked for your hospital number (See 'Change / Cancel your Appointment by E-mail or Telephone' below).

If you can't come to a clinic (outpatient) appointment at Broomfield, St John's, St Peter's or St Michaels' for any reason please contact:

 

Referral Booking Management System (RBMS)

 

For any queries about appointments, please call the RBMS callcentre on 01245 513900. It is open Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and there is an answerphone for out of hours calls.
