Finding Your Way at Broomfield Hospital

Broomfield Hospital is a large site with buildings reaching widely across the campus.  In order to ensure our patients reach their destination quickly as possible and safely, a simple wayfinding system is in operation.

The wayfinding system is based on ward/clinic names, zones and destination numbers.

On arrival to the hospital, if you do not know the destination number of the ward/clinic you are visiting, simply find it on the directory boards located at any entrances to the hospital. All wards and departments are listed alphabetically including their destination number.

Then simply follow the signs to the correct zone and thereon to the correct destination number.

Wayfinding Zones

Acorn Unit is located at B440 in Zone B, Level 4.
