The Faculty of Health & Social Care

Delivering excellence in health and social care education, training and research at Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough.


Anglia Ruskin University’s Faculty of Health & Social Care is the largest provider of health and social care courses throughout the East of England. The Faculty offers a comprehensive range of locally, nationally and internationally recognised courses, across a wide variety of disciplines from nursing to social work, midwifery to counselling. These are delivered by teams of experienced academic staff who all have relevant teaching and professional experience. Students can benefit from the use of our state-of-the-art simulated clinical skills laboratories and teaching facilities across all our Campuses; Chelmsford, Fulbourn, Cambridge and Peterborough.


Research is an integral part of the Faculty’s focus and the Faculty provides a creative and energetic environment for undertaking research that addresses real issues across the full spectrum of health and social care.
