Accessing e-mails

All employees can access their hospital e-mail account by logging in here.

How to login: 

  • Enter 'RQ8\'
  • Enter your username - as you would logging in to your works computer
  • Enter your password
  • Sign in

Remote access

To connect to your works computer from home, you will need to contact the Trust's IT department and ask for access to VMware Client software, which you can then download and install on your home computer.



Employee Online

You can access Employee Online to view and print your rosters and request annual leave from home. To read more and to login, click here.



StarLeaf conferencing

To help staff to work remotely we have introduced a group-wide conferencing solution called StarLeaf. You can use this for video and voice conferencing. The app can be used on desktop, laptop, tablets and mobile phones for both video and voice only conferencing. Calls from mobiles are charged at a local rate so should be free as part of a monthly contract.
